The Life of Veronica
Veronica Cheeseboro is an active dancer, educator and choreographer. In 2016, she obtained a Bachelor Fine Arts in Dance at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. In May 2018, she graduated from the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University with an EdM degree in Dance Education with a K-12 certification. Post graduation, she has had her choreography shown and adjudicated at Nimbus Dance works OFFLINE Choreographer Series, the Trevor Project At Dixon Place and BABEL Dance Company’s No Me Conoces dance concert. She is currently a full time high school dance teacher at DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx and has been there 4 years. At her current high school, she also serves as founder and coach for the step team "Solez in Sync". Continuing her dance career, Veronica is also a member of NYC based Contemporary Dance Company: Modarts Dance Collective as a professional dancer for the past 3 years. In her career, she aspires to teach, perform and choreograph simultaneously within the professional realm.
